Last updated: 20/03/2026
1. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Wholistica website, consultation of the available content and the booking of therapeutic sessions offered by Wholistica.
By using this website, booking a session or contacting Wholistica, the client declares that they have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions.
2. Provider information
The person responsible for the offering made available on this website is:
Wholistica

3. Nature of the services and products
Wholistica offers complementary therapeutic and energetic practices, as well as energetic products and items related to well-being.
The sessions and products offered by Wholistica are complementary in nature and support well-being, self-knowledge and reconnection. They do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, physiotherapeutic or emergency services.
No content on this website, session, guidance or product replaces diagnosis, treatment, follow-up or advice from qualified healthcare professionals.
4. Important information about therapeutic sessions
The sessions offered by Wholistica are conducted with presence, sensitivity and intention, respecting each person's individuality and moment in life.
The client acknowledges that:
- the sessions are complementary in nature;
- there is no promise of cure, specific result or guarantee of a particular effect;
- the results of therapies may vary from person to person;
- because this is an energetic, non-invasive and individually guided form of care, the practice may be adapted to different stages of life, including babies, children, pregnant women and older adults;
- any decisions related to physical or mental health should be accompanied by qualified professionals;
- in urgent or emergency situations, appropriate medical or psychological care must be sought immediately.
5. Booking of sessions
Sessions may be requested by form, email, WhatsApp, video call or another channel made available by Wholistica.
The booking of a session is only considered concluded after express confirmation by Wholistica, especially regarding availability, format, price and scheduling.
Wholistica reserves the right to refuse requests in justified cases, including when it understands that the request does not fall within the scope of the services offered.
6. Format of the sessions
Unless otherwise indicated, sessions are carried out remotely, with support by video call, telephone or another previously agreed means.
The client is responsible for providing correct information, maintaining a minimally suitable environment for the remote session and ensuring a connection compatible with the session taking place.
Wholistica is not responsible for technical failures, internet instability, device unavailability or external problems beyond its control, although it will seek, whenever possible, to reschedule or adjust the session with reasonableness.
7. Anamnesis, information provided by the client and cooperation
For the appropriate conduct of the session, the client undertakes to provide true, complete and up-to-date information about their request, context and needs.
Wholistica may request additional information before the session, including by form, email, WhatsApp or initial conversation, to the extent necessary to understand the case and organise the process.
The client acknowledges that the quality and suitability of the session also depend on the clarity and truthfulness of the information provided.
8. Prices and payment
The prices of sessions and services are indicated on the website or communicated directly to the client, in Swiss francs (CHF), unless otherwise indicated.
Payment must be made using the methods made available by Wholistica at the time of booking or purchase.
Wholistica reserves the right to require advance payment, in full or in part, to confirm sessions, reservations or orders.
9. Scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation of sessions
Session times are defined by mutual agreement, according to Wholistica's availability.
Requests for rescheduling or cancellation must be made with reasonable notice, preferably in writing.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of scheduling, Wholistica may apply the following policy:
- rescheduling requested at least 24 hours in advance: free of charge, subject to availability;
- cancellations requested less than 24 hours in advance: the amount paid may be retained in full or in part;
- absence without prior notice: the session may be considered carried out for billing purposes.
Wholistica may, in justified cases, make this rule more flexible as a courtesy, without this constituting an obligation for future situations.
10. Sessions for pets
Wholistica also offers sessions focused on animal well-being, with a complementary and individualised approach.
Sessions for pets do not replace veterinary follow-up, clinical diagnosis, veterinary medical treatment or emergency care.
The animal's guardian acknowledges that:
- the sessions are complementary in nature;
- results may vary from animal to animal;
- any symptom, relevant behavioural change or suspected health condition must be assessed by a qualified veterinarian;
- in urgent or emergency situations, veterinary care must be sought immediately.
For the appropriate conduct of the session, the guardian undertakes to provide true, complete and up-to-date information about the animal, its history, behaviour and needs.
11. Liability
Wholistica offers its services and products with presence, care and professionalism.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, financial losses, loss of opportunities, technical failures by third parties, temporary unavailability of the website or situations arising from the improper use of services or products.
The sessions and products offered by Wholistica are complementary in nature, and their results may vary from person to person and from animal to animal.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Wholistica's liability where the law does not permit such exclusion or limitation, especially in cases of intent or gross negligence.
12. Website content
Wholistica makes every effort to keep the information on the website correct, up to date and complete. Even so, it does not guarantee the complete absence of errors, omissions or outdated information.
The website content is informative in nature and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

The version in force will always be the one published on the website on the date of use, booking or purchase, unless otherwise provided by law.
16. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules that would lead to the application of another law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply.
In disputes arising from consumer contracts, the mandatory jurisdictions provided by law shall apply.
For product orders or service bookings made by consumers located in countries of the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the client's country of residence or of European Union law may apply, including, where applicable, rules on cancellation, returns and refunds. In such cases, Wholistica will observe those provisions to the extent that they are legally mandatory for the order or contracted service.
17. Severability clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is considered invalid, unenforceable or inapplicable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force, to the extent permitted by law.
